Title: Could we mimic photosynthesis in plants to produce energy?
Post by: allegrif on December 01, 2015, 08:57:24 PM
This is a carbon neutral process and gives the plants the energy they need for their cells to function. Is there no way we can create this artificially and exploit the process?

I believe this is already happening on a small scale. I've read about car fuel produced from algae, and I'm not sure if this is being utilised yet. It is definately possible, I can tell you that. I think it's only in it's infancy for now.
