adding a wind turbine to home?

i have 3kw of solar pv on roof& 750w on a tracker in my garden this does me well in summer. all excess is directed through eddi box to heat water  & air con in summer  then in winter to 2 storage heaters. so i use all i generate  . am i allowed to add a 2kw wind turbine??
my thinking is its only windy here in winter all i generate would go into storage heaters anyway as they eat electric & obviously solar generation lower then.
its an area of bungalows  so wouldnt be high &wind is quite strong in winter here
in my head this would be perfect addon but unsure if allowed

It all depends on the what wind speed you get on average, it takes a good wind usually for wind turbines to make power
25kmh+ before they really start up. I wouldn't recommend having it near or on your house as these smaller turbines make alot of noise and vibration which travels alot. If you youtube "50 amps peak" you will find my youtube channel "off grid amps"
it will show you a few turbines and their output on a windy day, the ones I have are chinese 500w,400w x 2.
