Turbine and installation costings and timeframes.

Hi All,
I'm just wondering if you could help me get some ballpark figures. I am completing an assignment for a university course in Project management and need figures for the following;
    Cost for 3 x 1.5 Mw turbines
    Installation Costs for above turbines
    Costs for above foundation
     Timescale to construct foundations
     Timescale to install the turbines
For the assignment, I will be assuming that the contract basis will be TSA and so realise that the installation of the turbine will be included in this, but I need ballpark figures of each task within the project. The project is based in Northern Ireland also.
