3 Phase 300W Turbine

I have a 300W 3 phase wind turbine, the electrical cables are colour coded, I also have a rectifier that came with the wind turbine (Pics attached).

Grateful if anyone could assist with the following: Can I dismiss the rectifier that came with the turbine and connect the 3 cables directly into the ista breeze Hybrid controller or would I have to go through the rectifier first and then connect it to the Hybrid controller

I cannot see the pic's attached , if you have 3 connections on the istabreeze controller then it has a rectifier built in usually this would be the case.
what sort of turbine do you have ?
