What is the cost of converting my existing system to a MicroCHP system? I'd be willing to spend quite a lot on it, but I am still curious to exactly how much these systems to cost to install, and what the long term benefits are.

I don't have exact figures but I've heard some say that subsidies make it slightly cheaper than conventional systems, but that would apply only to new builds really.

As far as I know, the average cost of installing a MicroCHP system ranges from 2,500 USD to 4,300 USD.
