Hello all,

I was just looking for some information regarding the CfD and CM charges.  Could you please let me know or supply a link to help with the following:

Are CfD and CM charges billed at Meter Supply Point, Grid Supply Point or National Balancing Point?  Or is this the preference of the supplier?
