Warranty Information

Green roof manufacturers, suppliers and installers will usually offer some kind of warranty or guarantee (covering material - waterproofing, irrigation etc - and labour) for the lifespan of the green roof and wall installations. The length of this period will differ dramatically between different companies and types of installation, though many will offer a warranty which lasts for 10-20 years. The green roof’s vegetation itself is often not covered by the installer’s/manufacturer’s warranty, as the lifespan of this is largely dependent on the site’s specific characteristics.
