This company was recommended to us by a friend who works for a company who have had dealings with Eulinx and have had no problems. This is not the case with us . The solar installation was perfect apart from the fact that the scaffolding remained in place for nearly 2 weeks but apparently this is normal. The problem is twofold. Firstly the immersion heater was wired incorrectly and it was soon put right once the electrician came which took a few days.It was working great until we had a power cut and now we cannot get it going again and therefore have no free hot water again .We just need the electrician to come back and show us what to do in the event of another power cut. Secondly I have emailed Eulinx twice and got no reply and phoned on numerous occasions and not always got an answer. We had this system installed on 19/08/14 and I should be able to moniter the system via the internet via OWL intuition but I have still not been shown how to set it up and today is 12/09/14. So there it is ,2 issues outstanding. I don't like to write this review because I do like Mark one of the owners but the aftersales needs looking at. They seem very busy and perhaps have taken too much on than they can cope with.
