We help businesses buy better by helping them shop around the whole of the energy market to find the best gas and electricity deals for their bespoke needs. We utilise our excellent supplier relations and are not linked to any of them, meaning our clients receive unbiased prices from a wide range of suppliers and a selection of contract lengths.
We help businesses to use less by installing energy efficient technologies such as LED Lighting and Far Infrared Heating. These technologies can see significant energy savings compared to tradtional technologies such as fluorescent lights or gas blower heaters. The energy reductions seen from these technologies save our clients significant amounts of money whilst improving on the efficiency and performance of their technologies.
LED lighting reduces the need for costly and time consuming maintenance, can provide energy savings up to 80% and improves the quality of lighting across a site. This modernises the look of the buildiing, provides better working conditions for employees and ensures health and safety compliance.
Far infrared heating provides radiant heat, which heats people and objects as opposed to heating the air. This makes them very efficient as there is no lost heat in the air, and once the fabric of the building absorbs the heat it is radiated back out. This removes the issue of keeping tradtional heaters running all day long and consuming vast amounts of energy.
We help businesses to generate their own electricity by installing Solar PV systems. We size systems according to the electricity usage and requirements of each clients site, ensuring a bespoke system that maximises roof space and on-site consumption. We offer a variety of options of paying for a Solar PV ;
A client can pay for the system outright, in which they own the system completely and will begin reaping the benefits immediately, including any relatied tariffs or income. The generated power will be used directly on site and any power generated but not used will be exported to the grid, and you the client will be paid for any exported energy.
Another option for our technologies is to finance the payment of the project. The business will own and benefit from the project the same as a CapEx payment but with funding and financing options available to spread the cost. Typically, the savings generated by the energy efficiency technologies, together with incentives such as Feed in Tariffs for Solar PV, more than cover the cost of the installation. This enables the investment to be cost neutral or cost positive.
We can also now offer Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) which means an investor will pay to put a system on your roof and you will benefit from lower energy costs – Often around 20% lower than average grid prices. This means you can reap the benefit of lower energy prices and protect your business from rising energy costs without having the expensive initial cost.
