South Lincs Solar recently installed a solar system for us at our home in Lincolnshire. The technical discussions leading up to the quotation were excellent with Matt fully understanding our usage scenario and recommending absolutely the correct equipment to meet our requirements. Throughout the whole process Michelle competently handled the administrative tasks. Matt, Josh and Keith were with us for a week doing the installation, they always arrived when they said they would and had the utmost respect for us and our home. The installation went very smoothly, despite there being unforeseen challenges with our roof structure (left in a poor state by a previous roofing contractor), Matt and his team just solved the problems with absolutely no fuss. The attention to detail, the care drilling our rendered walls, the routing of cabling to suit our aesthetic preferences all respected without question. The panels on the roof look to be very well mounted, bird guarded, neat and tidy with all cabling hidden, aesthetically they look as good as you could ever expect. The storage system and inverter were to be located in the garage, this has turned out to be a fabulously neat and tidy installation. We also had a gateway unit installed for UPS operation, this was carefully placed in one of our storage cupboards below the existing electrical consumer unit, again installed immaculately. Daily and on completion of the works, all rubbish was removed and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all our experience with South Lincs Solar has reinstated my faith there are still some excellent tradesman in the UK. The scaffolding team were also polite, efficient and tidy workers.
