Candle powered battery charger

I learned if we put a hand crank phone charger on a clock
And put a alcohol boiler with a candle to keep the clock wound we can make candle powered electricity
But whoever is in power including greta and people from cop26 are not allowing the project to proceed
I hope i can find brave advocates who will say of course i want a candle to charge batteries

They have a Peltier pad battery charger but it uses a candle and water and the water has to be changed or the Peltier pad overheats

Please advocate with me
Id be a miracle if we could get greta on board

We need candle power battery charger
We need renewable energy!!
