Ok, so I am really into renewable sources of energy.  Can anyone suggest anything that I don't already have that will help and make a difference?

we have Solar panels, a domestic wind turbine, cavity wall insulation, harvest the rainwater

What else is there?  we live in the countryside and have a stream running near us, so considering micro-hydro, but is there anything else really simple that we can do?
