I know that this will sound like a really stupid question, but what EXACTLY is renewable energy? - I keep hearing people talk about it and saying we should all be looking into it, but I really do not know what it is or where to start

Thanks

Piperfeeling

Renewable energy is either heat or electricity directly generated from renewable sources ie not from foil fuels like coal, oil or gas. The most common sources are from wind, water and the sun.
