Comparing offers

Hi,

As a newbie to the forum I need some help if someone can oblige ?

I'm looking to switch over to an air source heat pump and having had several quotes in, can someone tell me which are say the top 10 points I should compare between the quotes other than price & length of warranty ?

Some of the quotes I've had are completely baffling me and I'd like to at least start with a simple spreadsheet detailing initial cost and pros/cons for each offer before getting too involved with any one company.
