How much Hydro capacity is there in the UK?

I thought Scotland would be able to provide almost as much as Norway, but we really don't have that much hydro. Assuming all potential sites were developed, what is the maximum hydro capacity the UK could have?

If we utilised it to capacity, I'd guestimate perhaps 100TWh. There would be outcry from conservationists though, so I don't see it happening in the near future.

Only 3GW from what I've heard so that would only double it. We don't have the vast number of fjords that norway does, not the glaciers of Iceland.
