sometimes they small turbines have a short tail so not enough leverage, try extending the tail, even with a piece of wood with a tail on end just to test., make it twice as long as standard and maybe that will keep it pointing into wind !

Hi, I bought a 12v 400w 3 phase micro turbine , second hand but never used, I spun it by hand and measured AC on three phases, but when i check for continuity between phases 2 of them are short ! is this normal or is there a problem ?
