Green Deals Government Scheme: repairing a leaking roof with solar panels

Hi
Please assist, I purchased solar panels in 2015 through the Green Deal Government Scheme, the company which we purchased from has folded but now the roof is leaking and it urgently needs to be repaired. The construction company I asked to do a quote for us said the company which installed the solar panels should remove them first before they can do the repairs. Please advise if anyone knows the company which took over from Green Deal so that I can contact them or what will be the way forward to repair the roof. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
