How to manage portfolio?

Hi folks, I've recently set up my company to help residents of my area to set up rooftop solar. I'm new in this industry, so wanted to understand how to effectively manage my portfolio right from the start. Would be great to know what all tools you experienced guys are using to keep a track of all your projects and customers. Thanks in advance!
