Huawei Inverter problems-Help

We have a PV and Huawei battery setup with a Huawei inverter. All was well for the last 14 months, but about 6 weeks ago the monitoring app ( Fusion Solar ) started playing up. Basically losing signal from the inverter ( possibly the wifi dongle ) but it has got worse and now I'm at a stage where the whole system is doing odd things. Unscheduled forced charging of the batteries, zero output of PV's, resetting parameters.

My installer went bust last year, so no help there, and Huawei Europe are beyond a joke trying to deal with, so, I ask can anyone recommend me a installer in the north ( Leeds ) that has experience with Huawei?
