Followed up on an earlier quote we received from ACC in 2020, as the rise in electricity prices meant that it was even more economic (as well as environmental) justification to have a solar PV system installed. Communication with Kevin was great, I was always kept up to date with the status of the battery availability, and a date arranged for install of 01/10/22. The team were quick, efficient, professional and tidy, and the install was completed on the day. We were given a full induction to the use of the software and the system during the handover. The price quoted for a 4.5kW system with 5kW battery was better than the other quotes we received from other installers, and even though we've only had use of it over the winter, we've still realized a significant reduction in grid usage. Post installation service couldn't be faulted either; we had an issue with our consumer unit which was interfering with the PV system, which is working perfectly. Kevin came out to resolve the issue, without charge, which was highly commendable as the issue was on our existing electrics. Since then we have enjoyed effortless harvesting of Photons and reduced bills. I highly recommend the company with their competitive pricing and excellent service, and hopefully we'll be able to purchase an additional battery later this year to utilise the majority of our clean generated energy.

I also found that their technical advice was more accessible and informative than the other quotes we received. Kevin kept me up to date with the status of the order, and we arranged for an installation date of 01/10/22. All I can say is that my wife and I are very pleased with the installation. The team was very professional and approachable, and went the extra mile with the service, even replacing a couple of broken tiles which were outside the footprint of the panels, which they didn't have to do. Post installation service was excellent too, with Kevin making sure everything was working to our satisfaction and that we were happy, which was greatly appreciated.
