Argyll Lomond & the Islands Energy Agency

ALIenergy is a local agency dedicated to promoting efficient use of energy and local energy resources in Argyll, Lomond and the Islands. Our mission is to educate and empower communities to make the most of available renewable energy sources for their benefit.

Our services include providing advice and support on energy efficiency and renewable energy, including grants and incentives. We also offer educational programs for schools and communities to raise awareness on energy conservation.

Furthermore, we help develop woodfuel supply chains and assist with woodfuel boiler installations. We aim to create renewable heat markets in Argyll and deliver training to equip the community with new energy-related skills.

We also undertake project development and provide assistance to community projects, as well as deliver consultancy contracts to various agencies and non-governmental organizations.
