Fantastic customer service, was in a really difficult situation with previous heating system and Steve and his company supported us through it. Great knowledge with Steve’s engineering background, it’s rare you can find a heat pump engineer with both plumbing and electric skills and makes things so much easier dealing with one person. Always contactable and honest person, this so somebody you can put your trust in. It’s been a few weeks since install now, and I can already tell the new heat pump equipment is cheaper to run, reducing my energy bills. Hopefully In the future I will be dealing with Steve and his company again Thanks again Eddie and Laura

Artimus recently installed a Solar PV and battery storage system with an EV charger for us. We chose Artimus based on a friend's recommendation and exisitng reviews and they didn't disappoint! Steve was always helpful, patient and accomodating with all my initial questions, to help him design a system for us that maximised our roof space without compromising on aesthetics. He was always prompt and polite with his communications. Although we are not local to Steve, his prices were highly competitive to our local market and he was happy to travel. The work was done professionally and to a very high standard. All wiring was done very neatly and they tidied up after themselves. We now have a sustainable system we are very happy with. We liked the fact that they are a small family run company, with father and son team, Steve and Matt, who were a pleasure to have around. We would not hesitate to use or recommend Artimus again.

We contacted Artimus last year to ask about battery installation to compliment our PV system. Steve discussed the options available and we agreed on the Givenery storage system. The batteries & inverters were installed shortly afterwards. After using the system for a short while we decided that the UPS we originally requested wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Steve came and altered it immediately to suit our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Artimus to install PV and battery solutions at a very competitive rate.

I used Artimus in February 2023 to install a 9.5Kw battery storage system. The service received was excellent, they kept appointments, answered any questions I had quickly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, before recommending a system. On the date of install they arrived on time and completed all the work in one day. They made sure that the areas they had worked in were clean and all packaging taken away with them when they left. Steve also took the time to run through how the system worked and gave me some great tips on how to optimise the system to get the most from it. Having had such a great experience with them on the battery install, I'm now using them to install a solar PV system at the same property and again their communication and flexibility has been first rate. I would recommend them to anybody looking for solar PV or battery installation.

Great work by Steve and his team in fitting a solar system with batteries and new consumer unit, plus all testing and application work for solar export. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and then explained what would and wouldn't work. Work carried out with minimal disruption, tea or food requirements. Installation of Emergency Power Supply for medical reasons in an older property necessitated an upgrade to Electrical Distribution Panel with additional Panel and associated wiring upgrades. Not the easiest of tasks but Artimus went the extra mile and beyond to keep us supplied with power as the work progressed. As well as Grid we have PV and Battery so all the connections were more complicated than "normal". Would highly recommend Steve and his colleagues and will use in the future as and when required.
