Exceptional service from Colco Exceptional service from Colco! They replaced our gas boiler with an air source heat pump, keeping us fully informed throughout. The team was incredibly clean and tidy, and their workmanship is second to none. Our installation was complicated due to a messy history of legacy piping from previous systems, but they sorted it out beautifully—cleaning up and insulating everything to a very high standard. It's clear they take real pride in their work. I highly recommend Colco and will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Air source heat pump install. Had an Air source heat pump installed by Colco and extremely happy. The initial contact was a great experience. David is very helpful and friendly. The first site visit/survey was a really positive sign for me. John is an extremely knowledgeable guy and it shows. Made sure I was getting the right set up for my house. I do a lot myself and Colco were really happy to work alongside me on this. Massive bonus for me. The work itself was successful. The lads were polite and just got on with it. If you’re considering a new system, I would 100% recommend this company.

Highly Recommend!! Having spoken to many companies about an air source heatpump install, Colco stood out, because of their passion to design the right system for our home, their detailed knowledge, patience in answering all our questions and taking the time to ensure we were comfortable with the plan and system. Their professionalism continued throughout the install, where they were tidy, polite, efficient, and sought to cause the minimum disruption possible - all while the experts in their team kept us informed on progress and made time to discuss the system as the heat pump operates differently to the traditional gas boiler we were used to. The system is working extremely well for us, and the efficiency is staggering - a testament to the design by John and the team completing the install led by Glen. Even post install they (David) kept in touch to make sure everything is working for us and to see if we need any other information. I can't recommend Colco enough for anyone considering an install!

Everybody at Colco have been absolutely excellent throughout the entire process of getting our Air Source Heat Pump installed. After submitting my enquiry, David was in touch straight away to begin explaining the process to me. Colin also managed to squeeze in a site visit to my property (around Christmas/New Year when things were already very busy for them) to make sure our property was suitable for the heat pump and explained what would all be happening during the installation. This helped reassure me as it certainly wasn't going to be a small job! David was on hand whenever I needed him, and that could have been in relation to anything from helping out with grant application queries, recommendations, or just general queries. I felt kept in the loop with what was happening at all times throughout the job. The guys (Jodie, Lee and another young chap who's name I am unsure of) done a fantastic and faultless job of installing the new system. I made an unplanned trip home one afternoon whilst the work was being done and they were more than happy to show me the work that had been done up until that point. The place was also very tidy and they always hoovered up after themselves so no cleaning needed to be done once we got home. The system has been working great since it was installed and the quality of the Vaillant products is excellent. David and John will also be visiting for a follow up to ensure that everything is working smoothly and will be showing me the system in greater depth as well as helping link up the system to my phone. I really cannot find a single thing that I think could have gone better and I very highly recommend the guys at Colco!

Colco have done a great job. They installed our new Air source heat pump, underfloor heating and 3 new bathrooms and we are very happy with their work. They were always available to help and explain and when one or two issues came up they quickly resolved them. We would be happy to recommend Colco to anyone.
