Our directors have over 30 years of experience in engineering and customer services and have been responsible for sizable commercial businesses. As a result, we are an integral part of two of the UK's leading heating manufacturers, NIBE, Glow-worm, and Dimplex's national air to water heat pump installation and marketing activities.
Our service covers the heating and domestic hot water requirements of small to large properties. We offer bi-valiant installations in conjunction with the existing boiler or as the sole heating source. We hold a Consumer Credit License that enables us to offer a finance scheme "pay as you save" to property owners who want to spread the capital cost.
Our installers are professionally qualified and have undergone manufacturer product and installation training to ensure competency with renewable heat technologies. We have collectively installed hundreds of air to water heat pumps and other renewable heating technologies.
We pro-actively market our services to rural communities, particularly in "off" gas regions across the UK. Hybrid Heating were absolutely top class. Everything was done according to the RECC procedures, and when there was a problem with the original set-up they were in close contact with Dimplex and it was sorted. After-sales service was exemplary – a phone call on a Sunday evening was answered by a human being, and within 30 minutes the Technical Director was on the phone to us, and a technician was with us the following morning. Since then, it has been working continuously – and the whole house is warm!
