Five weeks after my first contact with renewable energy hub my ASHP is up and running. Once the initial feasibility visit by Mike and Gill confirmed that the pump could be sited in the only place I wanted it and that the water cylinder could go in the adjacent garage rather than the upstairs airing cupboard, the ball started rolling. Jon, and the installers Ben and Liam are all experienced in these installations and able to design and fit the best system for the property and the occupants. The information provided along with the contract was clear. I was advised that there would be upheaval during the installation which would take five working days and I decided not to be at home for much of the time. But every evening the house was left in a very tidy state and I could move about safely. All rubbish was removed as it was made and all mess cleaned up. On the final day, Jon came to give me instructions on managing the system as we head toward the winter months. For now, I don’t need to do anything. After sales issues can be done by phone or a visit if needed, Thank you Jon, Ben and Liam for making this major job less traumatic than I had expected. I can highly recommend JB Group.
