Really good experience with UK Energy Solutions Ltd. I had 10 PV panels, 2 batteries, water boost and EV charger installed in February 2024. I would have had more PV panels installed but was restricted by property covenants. Good people who communicated all aspects of the job throughout. Slight delay due to weather but communicated so no problem. Friendly team and neat workmanship on the battery / invertor etc mounting. All round good job.

Always very helpful and polite, they were able to work effectively and independently despite my limitations, being disabled. Can't praise them highly enough. - I contracted them again for a 2nd install by this company and I can happily recommend them again. Timings were spot on and they worked around the weather issues (frost and flood) seamlessly. They integrated the 2nd set of panels to make a single array, keeping the ongoing maintenance and application ro export to the grid easy.

Update - years later and they are still happy to look after me, even when I've had a DIY mishap. Great customer service. They care. Highly recommended! I was absolutely dreading the work for this, but it couldn't have been easier. Holly, the project coordinator, was always patient and helpful and from the scaffolders to the men who installed the panels and the electricians, everyone was great to have around the house. They cleaned up really thoroughly when they'd finished too. And they hit it off with the dogs, which made life much easier. Now I'm obsessed with the app they installed on my phone! I can't recommend the company too highly - they were outstanding.

After contacting three companies that were local, nobody replied or got back to us after we had accepted a quote, we had to look farther out from our area and step in UK Eco Energy Solutions! We were in their area at the time and went in the offices to talk to someone and all the staff were helpful, we were told what to expect and most importantly, they would take the job. Throughout the process, if we had any questions, they were happy to help. All the dates for workers to inspect the property or carry out the work were kept to. With our house being an older build (1900-1929), they had an additional day but the work has been carried out to a high standard. All the electrics are neat and tidy and the panels are installed around a skylight and on a third roof. The workers came to the property and started straight away. They are all incredibly professional. Two slight points are that my phone number was passed on incorrectly and I didn't receive a phone call which could have changed to an email to confirm and we had to wait a week for an electrician to plug the panels into the inverter because of annual leave (installed in August) but those points haven't taken anything away from how well the work has been carried out or how willing to help all the staff are. I absolutely would recommend UK Eco Energy Solutions to anyone who is looking for solar panels!

We recently had solar panels installed by Uk Eco Energy Solutions Ltd and we couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. After obtaining quotes from 3 separate companies, we decided on UK Eco Energy because of the way they were forthcoming with information with no pressure to buy. From the initial enquiry, to the first home visit, the site survey and installation, everything was on time and kept to the agreed schedule. Every contact we have had with the staff, be they on site or in the office, has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The hand over, at the end of the installation, was informative and thorough. Before we first contacted UK Eco Energy, we had really struggled to get sensible quotes from other companies without long delays, pressure selling tactics, poor quality projections, and vague specifications. We were losing the will to live and UK Eco Energy were a breath of fresh air. They came to see us quickly, explained all our options clearly and had a clear quote with us the same day. Our questions were answered quickly, clearly and comprehensively. We opted for solar panels, battery, PV diverter (water heater), and EV charger. We had to wait a bit for installation, but everything went smoothly and to schedule. The installation was completed in one day (fuelled by copious quantities of tea, coffee and biscuits!). The project coordinator, admin, accounts team, scaffolders, roof team and electricians were all excellent. The handover documentation was thorough and came through as quickly as could be expected after installation. It's early days (and sunny), but the system is already looking good. We have used very little grid electricity, no gas to heat our water thanks to the PV diverter, and we are exporting enough electricity to go a long way towards covering our standard charge.

You know when you have found the right company to deal with when you feel valued as a customer, informed at the right level and everything is dealt with efficiently, with excellent service and enthusiasm. UK Eco Energy Solutions are passionate about their products and service - and rightly so. An excellent solar array with battery storage specified and fitted within a week, with top class fitters and support from the MD and whole team. Glad we went local - for Eco energy in Lincoln do try this company.

After researching many local companies, and having a few come around to quote. UK Eco Energy came and quoted a few options we spoke about with the surveyor. We settled for upgraded panels at 19 x 375w, and a standard hybrid invertor, along with some battery storage. This is a fairly standard approach, and the Lux invertor has a great app to keep monitor everything. The craftsmanship of the installers was 1st class, and would highly recommend.

On 6 October 2022, my solar panels and batteries, installed by Ecoenergy Solutions Ltd, was commissioned. The installation, of 10 Solar Panels, inverter and batteries was completed in a morning, about three and a half hours. Workmanship was to a high standard, with very little disruption to my general household activities. This review is about ten months after the event, the reason being that I see no point in reviewing something like this installation on completion as, until the installation has had time to work the benefits or otherwise will not be apparent. Have having Solar Panels fitted saved me money? yes, a significant amount, I'll not say how much as different households have different tariffs and use their appliances at different times. What I will do is give some simplified figures on my house electricity consumption from 1st January 2023 to 10 June 2023. GENERATION. The panels have generated 1728KWH, of which 912KWh is self use and 816KWh has been exported to the grid. 53% self use and 47% exported. CONSUMPTION. Consumption 1193KWh. of which 1031KWh (86%) is self Consumption and 162KWh (14%) is energy imported from the grid. The above figures are from the App, which will give you Daily/Monthly/Yearly figures and total from installation. You will not get rich from the amount you export, but at least it will go a long way to paying off the standing charge. After trying 4 different vendors for an air source heating system and not being happy with any of them I had almost given up. I then tried UK Eco energy and was very pleased that I did. From the outset they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Having sat through the sales pitch 4 times previously I was reassured when they covered all the points the previous Companies had raised between them. All the people from UK Eco Energy who visited, be it for initial surveys or actual installation, were extremely courteous, worked very quickly and quietly and were very helpful with any questions my wife and I had. They tidied up after themselves and made a first class job of the installation. Since installation we have had no problems at all with the system and have had plenty of heat and hot water! I would have no problem at all recommending them to anybody.

Great company if your looking for solar to be installed. They did an amazing job of our install, there were a couple of delays due to our style of roof but it all got sorted, the communication was great and the staff were friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier.

A few months later I had a site visit and the next day the installation apart from connecting the two batteries I had ordered had been completed. From initial contact to completion UK Eco Energy have been extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. The sales meeting with Kurt was very informative and did not contain any 'hard sell' techniques. We visited the office and met David (Director) and his staff who were very welcoming. On the day of installation the process was efficient. The friendly installation team were very thorough and left the property neat and tidy on completion. Throughout the whole process David has been on hand to answer questions and advise us. He has made several visits to oversee the project and explain the system and software. The whole experience has been a very good one. We feel confident that we have a quality system from an excellent local company and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really impressed with the company as a whole, very smooth process and seem like an honest and genuine business. We ended up cancelling our solar and battery system at last minute due to our personal situation changing and our energy demand plummeting. Excellent service and workmanship from start to finish David the managing director came out to see us after we had quotes from both a local and a national company. We decided to go with UK Eco Energy Solutions after we learned that they have their own employed tradesmen as we didn’t want any subcontractors working on our property. Very satisfied with whole process. 3 x man scaffolding team erected in 3 hrs then removed in 1 hr post install. 3 x man roofing team installed panels etc in 3/4 of day - all areas cleaned afterwards. 3 man electrical team took nearly whole day. Cleaned after themselves. Good instruction on operation etc.

We have been very happy with all members of the ukecoenergy solutions team, from initial sales visit, installers and admin staff. Communication was good, and even when there was a supply problem they kept us updated regularly and were responsive to any concerns. Installation of the system was done in a professional and timely manner. We are delighted to now have solar electricity. They also recommended - - a boost for our immersion so we now have hot water kept at temperature by solar power - a battery for storage for later use and once we have set it up we will get some money back for our generated excess. We researched many local companies, some just googled the property, end emailed a quote with no consultation, others we chased up with no response. UK Eco Energy came and quoted a few options we spoke about with Kurt the surveyor, very polite and helpful with various alternatives ie iboost and storage, he was very helpful, and answered all questions, even when we rang him. I know the wait time for installation was quite long, but well worth the wait due to demand. The same goes with regards the work men, fitters and scaffolder's. The information provided and the service was excellent. The fitters carried out an excellent job and were friendly. They fitted the armoured electrical cable under the patio and late on I asked if they could reposition the cable entry.. Even though this was late into the day they willingly moved the cable with the comment " we want you to be happy with the fitting". Excellent service. Only fitted yesterday so cannot comment on reliability however I did contact someone who had solar panels fitted previously with Eco Energy and he informed me when he had a minor issue it was rectified very quickly and to his satisfaction.

From the initial meeting with David, to the installation and sign off, we have been extremely impressed with the whole team. David is very knowledgeable about their products and takes time to explain and demonstrate, with no pushy sales tactics. He takes time to listen and answer any questions you may have. The installation team were very professional and extremely tidy. I could have eaten my dinner off the garage floor when they had finished! Again, nothing was too much trouble to demonstrate how things worked and to make sure we were happy with the installation. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I would give them 5* for service, installation and customer service. Well done team!

We have had a 4 kwh solar panel system fitted in July 2020 with iboost and from the beginning we have been impressed with Uk Eco Energy Solutions. David is very professional and always very happy to help and ensure the customer is happy. The lads that came out to install the system were spot on too. Brendon and Olli are a credit to the company - knowledgeable and have a very good work ethic. All the team we have dealt with from David to the office staff have been accommodating and helpful when required. We are very happy with what the panels are producing and the savings we are making on our energy bills. In the future I can see we would also consider battery storage. If we were however to move home we would be straight in touch with David and the team to install a system at the new property if non are installed already.

There were cheaper companies but I convinced myself that you get what you pay for, and I certainly don't regret the extra investment. Communication was exceptionally good. There were a couple of problems with the project (neither the fault of UK Eco Energy) but their commitment to overcoming them, and making sure that I was constantly informed of progress, was brilliant. I plan to go back to them for extra panels and a battery upgrade in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I searched the internet for Solar power and found UK Eco Energy in Lincoln. Even though i live in Hull i rang them and arranged a visit. The managing director David visit me and gave me quote. I was happy with this and booked my installation date. The team arrived and worked neatly and professionally they discussed my install with me throughout and were constantly answering my many questions. They finished in time for Davids visit to inspect the finished job and complete all the necessary paperwork for me. I was happy that the company didn't ask for a big deposit in fact quite the opposite they insisted i pay nothing until my solar panel system was completed and i was satisfied with it. We have been very impressed with the service we have received from UK Eco Energy, from the first meeting with David, to our contact with admin and site staff/electricians. All staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and the site staff show real care in their work ensuring quality fit and that they tidy up behind themselves. We have now had the system in for a week and we are very happy with the efficient panels installed by the company. Even in the winter and with an average day, we are generating more than we are using for the majority of the day, and charging the batteries for use overnight and to cover period of high usage during the day. We will be recommending UK Eco Energy whenever possible.

Eco Energy solutions did not install our original air source heating system (Samsung) but I called them for an annual service and their customer services department were helpful and efficient and their service engineer was excellent too. Since then whenever we've hit issues with our heating system the manager (David), the customer service staff (Louise and Kathryn) as well as their engineers Steve and Ash do all they can to help resolve the issues. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. They really do excel :-)

The company installed an Air Source Heat Pump at my house. I am very pleased with it. The engineer (Ash) who did the main installation was a really friendly, helpful and conscientious person, I felt totally happy with him working in my house. There was also 2 electricians who were also excellent and did their work very efficiently and left everything tidy. The system is very good, well up to my expectations, of course at the moment (August) I have not had the central heating on but I have tried it and it does seem to be really good. . The hot water is every good and seems to be more than enough. The office based staff are also very friendly and helpful. The boss, David, if obviously totally dedicated to his business. I am happy to highly recommend this company - o yes, don't forget that you may well qualify for the government Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive!

UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd fitted an Air Source Heat Pump for us following a recommendation from our neighbours. The whole process from initial contact through to completion has been simple and stress free. I found the whole Installation team to be extremely professional and reliable. Ash did a very neat job fitting the ASHP outside and all the other units inside the airing cupboard. The system so far is working well but has not been used much for heating due to the time of year, we now have a greatly increased flow on our hot water which is a bonus.

He suggested a Solar/Battery system that would meet our requirements, which included an emergency backup supply for the event of a power failure. He was most professional in his approach and explained carefully how it would all function. We accepted his quote and secured a date two weeks later for the installation. Our job was done by Brendan & Ollie, who were smart, polite and covid-aware, and inspired confidence. A tidy installation was completed in the day. Within a couple of days, it was clear that additional battery storage would be of benefit, so two batteries were added at hand-over. Our panels are generating most of the electricity that we use and we are exporting more energy than the little we draw from the Grid. Full marks to UK Eco Energy Solutions!

David came and ran through the options for the Solar Panels and Battery install and gave me prices there and then and followed up with detailed Quotation that evening. Installation was completed within a week of placing the order Installation team where excellent, nothing to much trouble and left the area clean and tidy after detailed hand over, could not have asked for a more professional install. David rang 2 days later to check all was OK and was monitering the system. Overall a very please customer.

Had solar power problems from a different company and didn't want to use them again. Found UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd. They came out 24 hours after my initial call. Checked my system, thought the problem was one of my inverters. Fitted a new one but after testing found this wasn't the problem. Put my old one back did some more investigating and found the problem. It was the main cable. Brendan fitted a new cable and now the system is working to full capacity again. All dealings with everyone from UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

I chose UK Eco Energy Solutions to install solar panels mainly because they offered a complete service using their own workforce. Well done to UK Eco. Prompt response to request for a quotation together with support discussions on how the istallation of Heat Pump and Solar Panels will take place. Engineer surveyed property and came up with a practical design. Installation done by competent installers who kept disruption to a minimum, turned up on time and got the system working. Had a hiccup with the Heat Pump after installation and engineer was on site within a couple of hours.

We contacted ecoenergy solutions ltd to discuss solar energy, we had a visit from their MD David within three days. We were so impressed with the presentation, it was not a sales pitch but a discussion on our needs, what usage we needed and what was the best system to install. We agreed to have a system installed, during our waiting installation date, David called and advised we should slightly change the system at no extra cost to get the best for our requirements, very impressed that ecoenergy were looking at us as a customer rather than just a sale. Two weeks from our initial enquiry we had a three man team arrive, they were polite, very professional and explained how it worked and what we needed to do, they installed the app on our phone and explained how the system was working and when it was at it's best. Based on my personal experience I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd. They recently installed an air source heat pump at my property, and I was most impressed by the workforce employed. Whilst the smooth running of my household was inevitably disrupted for the duration of the installation, at no time was I unexpectedly inconvenienced. Instead I was frequently updated on what had been achieved, and informed well in advance of their proposed activities. With the company policy of not employing subcontractors, it was very reassuring to realise that only conspicuously liveried company vehicles were used, and all personnel on site wore distinctive company workwear. The work was carried out over a period of a week, and at the end of each day all tools, surplus materials, and accumulated rubbish were removed from within my home. At all times carpeting was adequately protected - especially the stair carpet. My wife and I were urged to make any of our specific wishes known to the workmen as the works progressed - customer satisfaction being of overriding importance to this company. We are delighted with the final results.

We have recently had an ASHP installed. From start to finish we received an excellent service from all the team. David was very informative but not pushy. The lads who came round to do the installation were very friendly and considerate and tidied up at the end of each day. Fantastic communications throughout the process. Not hassled at all just phone calls when needed. Job took longer than expected due to problems taking old panels down, but the workmen kept me up to date with progress and were courteous throughout the install. Following an earlier attempt a few years ago to enquire about solar installation, I was quite disappointed in the companies that turned up, and I did not feel they had my best interests at heart. Now I have had time to fully evaluate the benefit of the panels & the system that David recommended to me – I can leave an honest review. The installation of my panels & inverter took the best part of a day, and the 2 guys who carried out the installation were professional & courteous throughout. The only slight negative was the amount of cable ties my lawn mower kept 'finding' a few days after the installation, but that is the ONLY negative. David arrived towards the end of the installation to check everything was OK. I had noticed that the Solar configuration was installed in a way that I wasn't happy with, so David asked the guys to change the configuration which they did immediately. I also had a query about the solar readings on my Zappi car charger. Within minutes a solution was discussed & David was on the phone ordering an extra part which arrived within the hour & installed which rectified the issue. The installation of the inverter (in the loft) and the extra safety switch & digital meter next to the fuse box has been done brilliantly, leaving a very clean & tidy finish. The inverter was set up to use my wifi so that I have access to the readings from an app and my PC if required. I understand Eco Energy can also carry out updates of the firmware & monitor the system remotely too. A few months in from the initial install, I reviewed the data & noticed that I was sending a lot of excess generated energy straight back to the grid. I did some research into this, & discovered that the energy company I was already with (Octopus) would pay me for the excess generation (up to 15p per kWh) using their smart export tariff. So I rang David & requested an MCS certificate so that I could pursue this option, & he got the ball rolling immediately for me. So now I have a system that pays me for the excess solar generation. Obviously I missed out on the government FIT payment option, but I feel this is the next best thing. I did discuss the option of a battery installation too, but decided this was not for me as my car is effectively the same thing. I will suggest that if you are thinking of a battery then make sure you get it installed either at the same time as the solar panels, or within 6 months of your install (I think) as then you will be eligible for only 5% VAT. So 8 months in, I can honestly say I am very happy with my decision to have solar panels installed & also choosing Eco Energy to carry this out. The energy generated even on a cloudy day is enough to take me off grid for most of the day. If it is going to be a particularly sunny day then I plug my electric car into the Zappi & let it feed the excess generation from the panels straight into my car. I have driven hundreds of miles in the last 8 months using just energy harvested from the Sun !!! Great company, great product, great customer service. Highly recommended.

David and the team were great from my initial contact, site visits and installation of our Solar PV system. All were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and able to answer any queries we had. The install was completed easily within one day with very neat work and cleaned up afterwards. David Arrived on site that day after the work was completed to ensure the Feed in Tarrif (FIT) paperwork was completed so it could be registered from the install date. Its difficult to start a review that gives enough credit to this company and its staff. My initial inquiry started from a quirky radio advert about UK Eco energy and the jingle they used got stuck in my head. The lady who first answered the phone (Ruth) was very warm and welcoming . This was a good start for me as I had a rather complicated technical problem with my battery storage unit that even I couldn't fix. The booking and call out journey was easy and the Engineer who attended was a great guy. He was very respectful of my home, he was Covid compliant and above all a consummate and competent professional. Following the installation of our pv hybrid battery system I would thoroughly recommend UK Eco Energy Solutions. Installation was very quick, neatly and professionally completed. The batteries and panels are top-quality, storing and discharging electricity very efficiently. Any queries we have are instantly resolved by David or other members of the team and after-sales is just as good as the initial contact, sale and installation. We moved into a property which has solar panels but no paperwork and the system was not working and heating the immersion tank. Did an "emergency callout" came the same day. 22nd February 2019. We made a decision to install solar panels at the start of this year. We obtained a number of quotes. When David came to our house we were instantly impressed by the depth of knowledge that he had about the products he was selling along with advice on whether our project was financially viable. We have had solar panels, solar batteries, iBoost and EPS installed in our home. The pre-sale experience was polite, friendly and without pressure. The install team turned up on time, were efficient and polite; a minor issue when the scaffold was delayed, but the team solved the issues quickly and without fuss. Any questions or issues we had were quickly and accurately answered. Post installation support was also efficient and questions quickly answered/resolved. Very impressed with David and his team, would highly recommend.

A great experience with my solar installation, I was surprised how quickly it was booked in and then completed. A very tidy installation thats working very well, there was unfortunately some damage to our chest-freezer in the garage but this was replaced with an apology. Great service and highly recommended.

We bought a bungalow in August 2021 that needed updating mainly because I wanted to go a bit more eco friendly and also to save on energy costs as it was all electric, which in hindsight was perfect timing because the of the massive fuel increases that have now followed. I initially spoke to the boss David who gave me a quick over view of how it all worked and when we had bought a property suggested we contact UK Eco Energy when we were ready for a quote, this I did and Kurt arranged a visit to estimate the cost of the work along with Ash and Brendon as I was looking to have quite a large project done, this involved solar panels, air source heat pump, underfloor heating and a complete rewire, I must admit it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but was still inside our budget, but once Kurt had gone through the details and explained about the RHI and the return we could get from exporting our excess to the grid it started to make sense as it would reduce the cost quite a bit over 7 years with the RHI rebate. We arranged a start date and the team arrived right on time, from then on for about 2 weeks it seemed like total chaos but in the end it was all in place and has worked really well since, especially over the winter where the whole bungalow was very comfortable even on the coldest days, can not comment on electric savings as during the works we changed energy suppliers and there is an ongoing dispute between the 2 companies but checking our Smart meter we seem to be keeping within our budget even with the increase in electricity prices. Hopefully I shall be looking at adding batteries to the system to use even more of the energy we produce over the winter months. Over all we are over the moon with the system and all the hard working staff of UK Eco Energy Solutions and would definitely recommend them.

Really pleased with both the installation and the workmanship. Fitted the heat pump and solar panels in June and handled all the paperwork to connect us to the system. So far the hot summer and warm autumn has meant that the heating has come on only twice during a frosty morning and has provided entirely adequate back ground heating. David and his team have been very helpfull fo any queries we have had as we get used to being an oil free zone! Would, and have, recommended both the system and supplier. Also, just had my first payment for the solar panels input to the grid, which was nice.

Returning Customer Following on from our solar install 2 years ago with UK Energy Solutions, we returned to David Nash and his team to continue with our house renovation program, in particular an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). It was a no brainer of a decision for us really, especially after our previous positive experience with this company. David’s knowledge of ASHP’s and linking them to solar is second to none. Our initial consultation at home was concise and in layman’s terms - even I understood the tech descriptions and processes! An excellent job done by David and his team on one of the hottest days of the year. We have a very tall Edwardian house with a skylight positioned very inconveniently in the middle of the roof. Added to that, there is an attic not a loft and the internal wiring had to be rooted carefully. None-the-less the work was completed without disruption to the household. We insisted that they stop on Friday at 4.30 because of the heat and the job was complete by mid-morning the next day, everything tidied away very neatly. David has been excellent throughout: carefully explaining the procedures & ensuring that all was in place; setting up the monitoring system; applying for the necessary permissions & liaising with SSE on tariff & payments. There were some problems with balancing of the batteries & David personally sorted those out & the system now works very well. Our meter now spins at a refreshingly very slow rate. I had been looking for a solar installer for quite a while, but was finding that there was a lot of misinformation and companies trying to overcomplicate their systems. I was recommended to speak to Dave at uk eco energy, from the first meeting to the installation, I've found them to be very informative with clear cut information and professional service, right down to the installation team. System has been up and running for a month now, and by using the data app, the system is performing exactly as Dave said it would, and I am very pleased with the service that they provided.

A thorough discussion and explanation of the options for a Solar PV installation were followed promptly by a comprehensive quotation which we decided to proceed with. From the start David Nash (MD) was completely relaxed in is sales manner and not pushy or heavy handed in his approach, very professional. Explained how it all worked and even connected to his own house to demonstrate how the amp worked. Excellent work you and your company carried out on the sola panel installation at Crowland Avenue, a good tidy job and looks great, I'm very proud of what we now have on our roof. The 20 free LED bulbs turned up today as well so they have now been replaced around the house.
