Our system was installed from new a year ago and we were very happy with the whole process. We have just had our first Annual Service. This was done by James, who installed the system. He was on-time, thorough, communicated what he was doing and had done. The whole process took only 30 minutes. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Whist not the cheapest they have proven to be very good value for money. Very professional, caring and personal. There were a few problems that came up but these were quickly and professionally dealt with. As a result I appointed them on another development to put in a ASHP with a radiator heating system. Again not the cheapest quote I received but well worth paying the small extra sum for the service received. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone especially if you need guiding through the mind blowing technology as indeed I did.

Ecoliving were one of the companies who quoted to install a GSHP in our home in 2014. They were quite competitive on price but the reason we actually selected them was that they were focused on selling me the right system as opposed to just making the sale. I was able to save around £6k by doing the groundworks myself and as promised, they provided all the support I needed at various stages, visited site whilst I was doing this work and connected and commissioned the ground loop without issue. Our Nibe system has been in for over two years now and is working well. Ecoliving are happy to provide support where necessary and have recently given free advice on how to add an UFH loop to my existing system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone installing a heatpump in the near future.
