We have just had solar panels fitted on our roof by Sunbright Energy and whole heartedly recommend them. The service was prompt - all done within a few weeks of initial enquiry. Oliver who managed our contract was extremely responsive, exchanging several emails a day when necessary to keep us informed. The rest of the crew were all very pleasant and competent. Everything was clearly explained and it was all installed in a couple of days. So already off grid and thoroughly delighted.

Knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was. Just three weeks from talking to Oliver, then placing the order, to getting the panels and battery installed. He was even able to make an initial assessment during our first telephone call by looking at the property on GoogleEarth. From first contact to installation and set-up, Oliver and his team have been great. We had a basic idea of what we wanted/needed, but there were a lot of blanks in our understanding of the what/why/how of a solar and battery set-up. Oliver spent a good hour or two taking us through what was going to work for us and why. Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward, and the team did everything they could to optimise our order from both functional and aesthetic perspectives. Fitting and commissioning was completed in a day - and we were generating power by mid-afternoon. The roof and electrical work was very competently handled and when the work was done, the site was left as tidy as it was before they started. It's fair to say this stuff isn't cheap - if you're considering solar and batteries, you're looking at a fairly hefty investment. You also want to know that you've got someone you can contact for support when it's all up and running. I'm very happy to say that both the quality of the kit and the service Oliver and his crew provided were first class and were very well worth what we paid - and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had given consideration to solar panels in the past after purchasing an electric vehicle 5 years ago but was put off by complicated & expensive fixing. A neighbour recently recommended Sunbright & I was impressed by the "bucket" system he had on a flat roof. After the initial contact with Oliver, the process of quoting, a quick survey & booking in was effortless & installation on our loft flat roof is now complete. The south facing units now provide us with enough electricity to hopefully eliminate any future electricity bills. I would be happy to recommend Sunbright to any potential customers

Very friendly & lovely people, everyone are helpful and supportive (sales, support & installers). Oli with his wealth of experience has happily clarified me on all my questions before and after the installation.

I spoke to a number of companies but ultimately chose Sunbright as Oliver was able to tailor a solution to the requirements of my house, family energy usage, and UK climate. The solution was cost effective and installed within one month from receiving the proposal. As soon as installation was completed, and even in the grey skies of Janurary, all of our energy has been provided by the panels and batteries with near to nothing coming from the grid. Further to the savings on our electric bills, we have opted to have excess energy routed to an immersion heater in our hot water tank thus reducing our gas usage. As a technical person myself, Olivers knowledge really impressed me. His team carried out a great job, installation looks very neat and all packaging removed from site.

I was given a lot of advice about the choice of system and very good explanation on all aspects. The installation engineers were professional and did a good job. I did have a small problem with the system afterwards and the guys came back promptly to investigate and rectify my issue.

I have had 18 panels and 2 batteries installed in December 2021. I was pleased with the salesperson who attended promptly after my online enquiry, produced and talked through the quote giving a number of options. Communication was good throughout by the MD Oliver, with updates on delivery dates and installation by the staff involved (roofer to install and electrician to connect). A few delays with parts from Germany, but completed effectively and efficiently- overall very happy.
