We had 16 solar panels and 2 batteries installed along with an air source heat pump system and hot water cylinder from first contact they were great extremely helpful and knowledgeable they did everything so we only had to sign and agree an installation date. The process was really simple they designed us a system which specifically suited our home and needs and explained it in an easy to understand way. The installation took 3 days the roof work was completed by dinner time and the wiring of the equipment and batteries in the afternoon and we were up and running. The heat pump and cylinder was completed in 3 days. the installers were very polite tidy and knowledgeable they explained how everything works and installed the app on my phone the whole experience was easy and both me and my husband are very happy with everything from initial contact to final handover. We are currently generating excess which we are selling back and it also covers the electricity demand of the house even though we have the air source heat pump so we are currently getting free hot water
