We recently had an air source heat pump installed, along with a 250L hot water cylinder and 6 new radiators, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the process and results. Unlike other companies we received quotes from, they designed a bespoke system tailored specifically to our home and our needs. We also had 16 solar panels and 2 batteries installed, and throughout the entire process, Timesgroup was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and guided us through every step. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—the team handled everything, and all we had to do was sign off and agree on an installation date. The installation itself was seamless. It only took one day—by lunchtime, the roof work was complete, and in the afternoon, they had the wiring, equipment, and batteries set up. We were up and running in no time. The installers were polite, tidy, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to us and even setting up the app on my phone for easy monitoring. We’re now generating excess energy, which we’re selling back to the grid, and it covers all our electricity needs, even with the air source heat pump running. So, we’re effectively getting free hot water! My wife and I are both absolutely thrilled with the entire experience, from the initial contact to the final handover.
