You will be allocated with one of our long-standing dedicated project managers, meaning you will not be passed from pillar to post.

Next steps
• Once you have contacted us, you have a choice to request a technical surveyor to visit your home to discuss your needs or should you wish we can arrange a desktop survey via the telephone.

• Your bespoke system will then be designed with you using 3D modelling. Once you are happy with the design, we will arrange a convenient installation date with you to get your technology up and running.

• All costs will be clear and there are no hidden charges, scaffolding is included in our quotes. As a guide, a standard system is usually installed within one day, larger systems can often take two days.

• Once your system is up and running, you will be sent your Wise handover pack and the energy savings begin. We are always on hand and happy to assist with any questions post installation.
