Yeames Solar

Yeames sales team were friendly and informative. After doing some research and getting numerous quotes we decided to go with Yeames as they offered the product we wanted. As soon as we had booked them in and paid a deposit the service was awful. The installation team didn't turn up several times, arrived late, broke roof tiles, dropped a solar panel off of the scaffolding and said they'd finished installing when they hadn't. The project manager was very difficult to contact and was not honest about his installation team. Eventually Yeames had to hire a different team to complete the job from an external company. The work was supposed to take 1.5 days and took 17! The only decent service was from the commissioner and the receptionist, everyone else was incompetent. The products themselves work well and we liked the microinverters however the service meant it wasn't worth it. A very disappointing service with many poorly trained staff and clear evidence that this is standard practice for Yeames. We would not recommend them at all.
