Does climate change make your more passionate about renewables?

Or is your interest based solely on the technology side or the finiteness of fossil fuels? For me it's a mixture of all, but climate change is a huge deal to me, and I'm surprised it isn't seen as a larger public issue.

Purely due the finiteness of fossil fuels, and reducing dependance on foreign and somewhat unstable states. I have to admit I'm a bit of a climate skeptic (awaits to be run out of town)

Yes. Renewable energy is one of best and effective way to deal with climate change. Renewable technologies also help home owners to save money as it puts out the fossil fuel emissions.
