Smart Meter with Solar Panels

Our energy supplier has installed smart meters for our gas and electricity supply. The frustration is that generation is not integrated into the system. Does anyone know whether anyone does support smart meters for generation? I know it is possible according to the manufacturers of smart meters.

I have the same issue, with a smart meter if you generate more it will not increase however will not go backwards like the old style ones would do, wish i had kept to the old dial meter as i would be saving a lot more

It looks like your software is outdated. If update doesn't solve the problem then their might be a bug. Call for Technical support then.

But you should update the fellow reader with a proper model number and pictures if necessary! So that it can be easy to trace the answer for your problem!
