Help and Advice with a solar system - just moved in

I have solar panels on my roof which heat immersion tanks for hot water.

On the control panel there are some lights, usually a red light is on.
Sometimes I have noticed a green light on and a counter spinning increasing in count.

I'm curious as to what is happening when the green light is on, does anyone have an idea?

Hello , sir I think you should mention what's the brand of your solar panel . because the meaning of a flashing green light differs from a panel to another : but most frequent significations are :
-Green = Good
-Blinking Green = means the whole system is over-voltage that users should check if the battery is connected correctly BUT if there is no problem then it means that there is Low Light Outside .
