Water in store not staying hot

I have solar panels for hot water. Currently have deltasol CS/4 controller using arrangement 1, all settings on factory default.
The panels are heating the water during day, when I feel the pipes going from collector to store it's roasting hot. But the water isn't staying hot in the store tank. There are 2 pipes going from the panels to the store tank, both pipes are hot during day. Any advise please?
