Acquisition of a small size power plant

Hello everyone,

I have a very general query and I hope you could maybe point me in a good direction since I've been bouncing back and forth from different corners of the Internet, so far to no avail.

I am in contact with a private investor looking for opportunities to acquire a small wind turbine power station (or a hydropower plant) with a power range from [b]0,5 to 2 GW) in the UK[/b].

We'd love to know how to find such offers or tenders. We don't really know if it's even legally possible for a foreign private investor.

Even a hint of direction would be helpful. We are not based in the UK and the investor himself cannot speak English at such a fluent level to be able to research that himself.
