Really pleased to have dealt with a family-run business, which combines long experience with enthusiasm to get the job done and done correctly. From initial contact to installation took just over two months, and the only hold-up was in getting a go-ahead from the Energy Saving Trust. We were told that the installation would take 5 days, and that's exactly what happened (including the clearing up!) despite the fact that our 1904 house is difficult to work with – a problem even to find the pipework among the remains of two previous boiler positions. Very impressed by the technical expertise that was evident from our first contact, and by the customised thermal store – the heart of any air-source heat pump system – made by a local specialist company. Too early to say how much energy will be saved, but the conversion from a gas boiler has to be good for the environment, and our home is warm, with plenty of hot water.
