The EEH team lived up to expectations during our air-source heat pump installation, Autumn 2021, demonstrating the high standard of competence required. Achieving optimal function required fine tuning of system settings during a further site visit after the first few weeks, considered to be entirely normal, since when little or no further attention has been required, presumably aided by the remote monitoring facility now installed. EEH also diagnosed an unrelated problem requiring renewal of the pump for our existing underfloor heating system, which the team carried out. Their assistance with my application for the RHI grant means this has also proved quickly successful, with the first quarterly instalment received very recently.
