We recently had a 3.9kw solar panel system fitted to our house by West Electrical. From our initial enquiry to final installation the whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner and have I no qualms in recommending West electrical. The installation itself was carried out quickly and professionally. And throughout the whole process Adam the sales representative was there to reassure us and to answer any questions or queries that we had. On final completion the owner of the company Mr Craig West came out to see us to check that we were happy with the installation before we made the final payment.

West Electrical have recently installed a solar system at my property Adam the salesman came to my house gave me a very competitive quote ,on the quote I decided to go ahead with the installation it was all installed within two weeks Adam sorted all the paper work out with the utility company and it was up and running before the government deadline on Dec 12th,a team of 3 came to install the system I found them very polite did a thorough job very tidy when they left you wouldn’t know they had been apart from the panels on the roof. I would recommend West Electrical they seem a family run business and do a very thorough job.

Adam and Craig and the rest of the guys were all very nice and very professional. Arrived when they said they would, did the work extremely quickly and extremely efficiently. Really pleased. I liked them so much in the first instance that I didn’t even bother getting quotes from elsewhere. I would gladly recommend.” The sun seems to be coming out a bit more frequently and the unit is approaching 550Kw/h now.

The fit was clean and efficient and all of the team are very polite and professional. They did everything they promised very well and on time. The on-line access to the meter is useful and unique to West Electrical. Thoroughly recommended.

My solar installation took place in Oct 2011. I found West Electrical Energy to be both corteous and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. They certainly went the extra mile, including sending round a structural Engineer to advise on whether or not to strengthen the roof structure to take the extra weight of the panels. The price was excellent, lower than the two other companies that came round to quote for the same specification. Workmanship was also first class. I had help completing the paperwork and have already received my first payment from my energy supplier and am running 15% above the predicted units generated. Overall I am very happy with my decision to use West Electrical Energy and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering having a solar installation.

Everybody we came into contact with were very helpful. There was no pressure at any time to have any work done or buy anything extra. In fact except for the deposit no other money changed hands until after the job was completed. Adam has been in contact after to make sure everything was ok.
